Professor Randall Abate assembled and moderated a panel, “Developing EWFN Policy,” at the Second Florida A&M Energy Water Food Nexus (EWFN) International Summit on October 20, 2017 at the Double Tree Airport Hotel in Orlando. His panelists addressed proposed solutions to law and policy issues involving urban biofuels, food security challenges from climate change impacts in Pacific island nations, and domestic and international dimensions of the fresh water supply crisis. The Summit drew more than 200 participants from the U.S. and several other countries including Australia, Belgium, Hungary, and South Africa.
