Margaret Douidy, Professional Excellence for Corporate/Private

A 2010 graduate of Florida A&M University College of Law, Margaret Douidy serves as assistant general counsel for Lockheed Martin Corporation.

Douidy’s practice, within one of the largest defense contractors in the world, focuses on government contracts and international law. Douidy has excelled in the very technical field of Missiles and Fire Control at Lockheed Martin.  She has been recognized more than five times by the company for her work in this specialized field of law.

Douidy has worked at Lockheed Martin for more than a decade, obtaining her Juris Doctor degree as a part-time evening student.  Her career has made her a true expert in the field of corporate and international law, a factor that is not lost on her peers. Few venture into this specialized practice of law, but Douidy has managed to make it her passion and this factor was recognized by Florida A&M University College of Law’s Inaugural Distinguished Alumni Awards, where she was honored for her work in the corporate world.
