COLLEGE OF LAW BRICK CAMPAIGN

The Florida A&M University (FAMU) College of Law is excited to offer you an opportunity to make a permanent mark at the College of Law.

As part of our Annual Fund campaign, we are offering you the opportunity to purchase a personalized commemorative brick.

Every $100.00 gift made to the Annual Fund will allow you to claim a personalized 4"x8" brick.

Your brick will be placed along the walkway of the new College of Law Plaza, located outside the Student Lounge of our beautiful downtown Orlando campus.

Your support of the College of Law's Annual Fund will pave the way for programs and activities that directly benefit the future growth of the law school such as scholarships and student and faculty recruitment.

The first 100 bricks ordered will be installed in the Walk of Fame, a grouping as long-time College of Law supporters, lawyers and jurists who were the first to receive bricks as gifts from the College of Law.

Who should purchase a brick and why?

Everyone! We are encouraging everyone associated with Florida A&M University to have a brick on the walkway - University friends, employees, retirees, businesses, graduates, parents, grandparents, present and future FAMU and FAMU College of Law students.

Is this donation tax deductible?

Yes! Your donation is 100% tax deductible and will be utilized by the FAMU Foundation for students attending the College of Law.

Where is the location of the FAMU Plaza Walkway?

The walkway begins at the corner of Beggs Avenue and Washington Street and crosses through the FAMU Plaza to Hughey Avenue in Downtown Orlando.  The 4” x 8” bricks costs $100.00 each.

Is there an alternative location for my brick?

The College of Law will complete this initial campaign and determine if an alternate location should be constructed in the future.

May I give a brick in remembrance or honor of someone special?

Yes!  You may use the bricks as gifts for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations.  They are meaningful ways to honor or memorialize relatives and friends.

Do I have to pay for my brick right now?

No!  You may choose to pay the total cost of your brick(s) or make four equal payments.
