Florida A&M University College of Law will consider applications from students wishing to visit for one or two semesters. Visiting applicants will have their degrees conferred by their home institutions and must have a minimum of 30 credits towards their degree.
Applicants wishing to visit FAMU Law must currently be enrolled and in good standing at an ABA accredited law school. Applicants may apply to either the part-time or full-time programs for the Fall or Spring semesters or the Summer session. The following must be submitted:

Spring: December 1
Summer: May 1
Decisions will be based on law school performance and reasons for attending FAMU Law. All decisions are made on a rolling basis and are subject to the availability of space.
Visiting students are not eligible to receive financial aid at FAMU College of Law. Students should check with the Office of Financial Aid at their home institution to determine the home institution’s rules and business processes regarding financial aid for transient students.
