Jendayi D. SaadaJendayi D. Saada graduated from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, MI in May 2000. During law school, Professor Saada clerked for a small plaintiff Civil Rights law firm, which dealt almost exclusively with employment discrimination cases. After graduating, Professor Saada began her own private practice, Saada, P.C., in Detroit. Her practice areas included misdemeanor criminal and general civil areas such as probate, personal injury, landlord-tenant, and contracts. Additionally, Professor Saada worked as the In-house attorney for a consortium of businesses, including a banquet hall facility, radio station and school facility, handling immigration, employment, contract, real estate, and liquor licensing issues at the transactional, pre-trial, trial and/or appeal levels.

Professor Saada moved to Florida and began teaching as a Critical Skills Instructor at Nova Southeastern University in July 2004. She is experienced in course development and curriculum design and implementation and has innovated several new academic support and bar preparation/tutoring techniques. Currently, Professor Saada is the Director of Academic Success and Bar Preparation and teaches workshops in those subjects. She is actively licensed to practice in Michigan and Florida.
