Professor Randall teaches Property and Education Law and Policy.  Before joining the faculty at FAMU, Professor Randall was a visiting professor at Widener University School of Law.  His research is currently focused on the use of race in admissions to post-secondary education and the use of eminent domain to take property for the use of professional sports teams.
