College of Law Associate Professor Maritza Reyes Participates in Collaborative Moncrieffe v. Holder Symposium


ReyesOrlando, Fla. – Maritza Reyes, Associate Professor of Law at Florida A&M University (FAMU) College of Law, was an invited participant in a collaborate symposium about the Moncrieffe v Holder case, one of the latest to deal with the convergence of criminal law and immigration law. The crimmigation blog symposium on the case began in October 2012.

Professor Reyes participated in the wrap-up analysis after the slip opinion was issued by the Court in April 2013. Here is a link to the symposium:

Professor Reyes has taught courses at the College of Law in Civil Procedure, Evidence, Immigration, Latinos and the Law and Professional Responsibility. She serves as advisor to the FAMU College of Law Hispanic American Law Students Association.
